Pilots! If you can remember that far back, how did you find your first flight? I want to get my PPL in the future and I was considering CPL, but I did an intro flight in a C150 a month ago and I got panicked by the shakiness, to the point I actually felt stressed (I'm normally super chill) and the instructor turned it into a sightseeing flight. So, do you ever get over/get better control of that feeling of panic or is it game over for my aviation ambitions?

I just gotta say that woman in the jump-seat looks hot.

I got nerves doing my drivers test 15 years ago. Never before had I had such erratic nerves and jumpy control of my muscles. I could hardly control my feet (and I failed the test despite driving perfectly many times before)
Nerves are crazy if you've never felt them in calm situations before.
Your body gave you a shot of ADRENALINE bro. Pure fucking adrenaline. And it had everything to do with how nervous you were. The more you fly, the more they will go away. Stop freaking out and focus on flying correctly.
