Besides the fact that it isn't an aero bike, what's wrong here?

The most obvious one is that the fork is backwards.

I don't know, I've kind of developed a fetish for bicycles over the years that sees me always wanting something "better". That bike will get you anywhere you need to go if you turn the fork around. The rear spokes also look rusted is the only other problem I can see visually.

There's no brake. Only disk rotor on the wheel. Frame itself is not compatible with disk brakes.
