Used to travel on buses constantly for work. Bring a couple books, load up your phone with music you've been meaning to listen to and a ton of boss podcasts, and bring some earplugs so you might get some sleep. Also some snacks and a water bottle. Try not to drink so much you need to use the gross bathroom.
