What can you tell me about AUTOBIKE?
Kind of looks like something you would regret buying
I imagine it would be shitty unless you were an uber casual that always goes slow. At certain speeds it would be bouncing back and forth between gears. Shifting on its own I wouldn't even dare stand while pedaling.
Automatic bicycle shifting is one of those ideas that seems useful on the surface but has plenty of drawbacks in practice. Ideally you would be able to tailor the shift points for you preferred cadence. Even then sometimes you want to hold a gear in a lower cadence (when standing or drafting), or higher cadence (rapid acceleration, or maintain a buffer against the wind to prevent bogging down). Too many exceptions and you really should be in control of when a shift occurs so you can ease up momentarily.
The only time I've felt I could use auto shifting is when I'm riding with something in my hand that won't fit in a bottle cage or bar bag, like a milkshake.

But it might work ok with a continuously variable transmission.

Not it mightn't

There have been a few of these made
SRAM still sells one with only 2 speeds. Which seems more reasonable than this insane contraption
Electronic shifting might make this idea work. There's a product called Proshift out that shifts all the major electronic systems. Review here:

Think about this: have you ever wished, while riding, that your bicycle would shift automatically depending on speed/cadence/slope/headwind?
Didn't think so
Why the weird frame?
It looks vaguely collectible somehow

The only time I've been able to do that is on a beach cruiser. Get a 1 speed bike or possibly a 2 speed kickback like >>1079819.
You would want coaster brakes anyway for that kind of thing.

Actually the SRAM one isn't the kickback. I think Sturmey-Archer still makes them.

Who owns SA?

Sunrace/Sturmey-Archer is its own entity.
