your legs aren't going to get that big from only riding. if they do start to get that big, it means you're lifting, so just try doing literally any lift other than deadlifts and squats

Growing huge ass legs (or any other group of muscles) is not something that happen by mistake. However if you do want to git gud at track cycling the huge quads are pretty much mendatory.

I've always lifted of and on, but i only recently started doing legs again at the gym since I started riding for fear of cutting into my riding endurance.
