What bike is this exactly? pls help

A bike that you will take on the trail one time, decide that its heavy, slow and inefficient, then keep in your garage to ride in the snow a half a mile once a year.

Given color, rear offset and 3.8" rear tire, I'd say the Neck Romancer Surly Pugsley. Version with holy rolling darryl wheels and Moonlander fork first came out for 2013 model, not sure how many years they made that color.

Not a lot of reasons to buy a Pugsley anymore, since there are plenty of fat hub choices so there there is no need to limit yourself to a standard 135 rear disc hub. Wednesday is a better choice if you want a Surly. Steel for a fat bike is kind of silly anyway.
