Just check somthing, under UK law she failed to exchange details at the scene and the owner of the motorised vehicle that resulted in damage or injury is required to file a police report within 24hrs, not necessarily the victim. at least I can pull this on her as a nuclear option. See how she likes a nice juicy fine.

They might create a report for you if you are lucky. If you live in a real city there might be a a lawyer who specializes in bike stuff who may be able to help you with the police if you can't get anywhere.

More important is that you are okay. If you just got hit might be worth getting checked by a doctor.

Normally I'm not one to say that cyclists should have licenses and insurance, but this thread is proof that there is way too much ignorance and naivete. Some education would go a long ways here and we wouldn't have stupid nonsense like "revenge is always an option"
