>driver doesnt stop the car with enough clearence for the bus

>mad cager
i like this bus
how convenient that all of these weird off-brand chinese cars just happened to be lined up perfectly and completely clean for the photograph

dude look closer
>>1051908
trolleys are
>noiseless
>comfy
>eco-friendly
and overhead trolley tracks are much easier to build than any type of tram tracks
>>1051908
tram is more expensive and gets better capacity.
a trolleybus is simply a bus that runs on electricity, so it's silent, non-smelly and comfier than a regular bus, like this anon said >>1051960
I don't get why trolleybuses are so often compared to trams instead of buses. They're literally trolleyBUSES. They don't offer any difference in level of service to a bus, it's just better quality of service. A tram has a much higher level of service than a bus or trolleybus.
Now battery buses are all the rage and nobody loves trolleybuses anymore. Only based /n/iggers know that trolleybuses is where it's at.

Because one of the largest expenses in a tram project is setting up all the electrical stuff.
>>1051960
Trolley bus lines are also a massive earthquake hazard, in the case of Wellington, NZ atleast.
And the madmen actually did it.
Though, as it runs on rails, why is it called a bus?
Also I wonder how these rails will work out embedded in an actual road.
>>1051908
Trolleybuses are much better at climbing hills than trams or standard buses.
>>1054716
Probably not any better at climbing hills than a standard diesel bus
>>1054733
That's explained by the fact it was a scam.
>>1051664
I cant imagine driving on a sunny day and then it just becomes pitch black cause a giant fucking autist train glided over top of me.
>>1051985
Actually, the rails are the expensive part, because you need to rip up the whole streets, usually you'd also get a full ROW. A trolleybus just means hanging some wire and getting the electrical system in place.
>it makes cagers unhappy
wtf I love the memebus now
