How do we bring passenger rail back to Tasmania?

All I can find out is concrete
Presumably other primary industry goods

And some very limited tourist railways, principally on the west coast where nobody lives

I'm going there for 10 days, looking at how to get around there was a fucking nightmare - coach buses operate two times a week. Thats it. You cannot get around without a car.
So I had to join a tour group

If I were only going for 10 days I'd use Hobart as a hub and maybe spend a couple of days on the west coast. There's not really enough time for proper exploring.
