Phil and GMBN are better.

Seth does a pretty good job, the only thing he needs to work on is his line delivery, he sounds like he's just reading out loud most of the time.

Yes, which is completely irrelevant. That's why I asked what you were comparing. Saying a sturdy helmet is sturdier than a non-sturdy helmet is so breathtakingly stating the obvious that is beggars belief. Compare same class helmets or go fuck yourself.
Wear an appropriate class helmet. Decide if you need/want additional chin protection or not, with the trade-offs that entail. It is completely tangential to any issue of "resilience".
