Years ago i used to be into powerlifting, I was big, strong but quickly ended up without breath, you know, cardio kills your gains. Eventually discovered cycling and now i feel both my fitness and mental health are better overall. The bodybuilding/powerlifting/weightlifting community is filled with people way more mentally ill, obssesed with filling their own insecurities in the most ridiculous ways.
