These look way sturdier than the ones I used to have on this bike, and they were absolutely fine

Maybe I really should just ditch doing this bike up and buy a proper road bike
My choice is either doing this bike up to proper rideable standard, or buying a new road bike and using this one as a commuter / city / drinking bike
I really can't be arsed to do all the work to this bike. Maybe I'll just buy a B'Twin for £300 and be done with it.
