Anyone else work delivery?
been thinking about it but the wages seem pretty shitty atm
Good as a side-job. I've done UberEats and Shoprunnr, to occupy myself on my days off from being a mechanic. The pay is shit, but for me it's a little extra cash to spend on non-essentials like going out to eat.
I've been doing some Ubereats runs, too.

Honestly whats the pay like for uberbike like?
I kinda wanna do it but at the same time....ffffffuck not getting overtime as a full time delivery guy.
And fuck getting paid less. I barely make ends meet asis. I like working from a store instead of apwork. I get better perks too. Overtime, guarenteed pay, paid bike repairs.
I want to get a tax put on car delivery drivers and a tax cut on bikers. Just to drive up demand for bikers, get it out of this "min wage plus tips" into "20 an hour plus tips"
Just saying, its a bullshit payrate compared to the risk of death. I want more money goddammit
Who else here /works7daysaweek/
Unrelated but if anyone in seattle needs bike delivery on the 25th im down. I dont like this "not working" thing
I get $18 / hr before tax in Australia

If you bike for over 5 hours a day, and you know where to wait for orders and do your shit nicely (and get tips) you can make as much as dead end job in an office where I live. Which is decent.
>being robbery bait

God i had to wait 20 min in downtown seattle for some yuppies to find their goddamm wallet
Off fucking pike and 1st

No
and why are my packages going past the tracking's estimated delivery date you lazy bum?
>>1035218
Im working for foodora in Germany and only get 9€/h+tips.
Amount of tip money differs a lot though. Can go between 23€ in a 4 hour shift or 5€. The work is nice when there is no ice or massive rain because you have to stop often to wait in front of restaurants and thats shitty if youre wet and not getting warm because you're sitting around.

Got a flat tire today and said fuckit and left.
I dont like working on days where something goes wrong. Weird i know.

What's it like being the world's biggest manbaby?

Full disclosure
Yes I could have fixed it. But the problem was the tire not the tube. And I had tomorrow off
For me taking a day off is like getting 2 days off because of how I sleep.
And no shop is open when I'm working. All night baby
I deliver for a chinese place on some nights. I make pretty good money. $6/hr and tips are usually $5-$10 per deliver.
I drive a car, though. Is car discussion allowed on this board? I guess that's what /o/ is for.
