Post your Trump Choo Choo's here.
Double points will be awarded for Streamliners.
Which candidate will make Amtrak great again?
>>1021190
I think trump did say something about wanting high speed railnetworks
>>1021190
Probably neither on account that Amtrak is eternally fucked.
But Trump will probably encourage the re-privatization of passenger rail which is definitely a step in the right direction.

Can't beat the Lehigh Valley Railroad's John Wilkes!
>>1021224
Why did they stick with heavyweight coaches but streamliner the locomotive?
>>1021190
Hillary could leverage Biden's affinity for Amtrak, whereas Trump thinks Biden actually wants to have a fist fight with him.

The Lehigh Valley Railroad served the Lehigh Vall and parts of New Jersey. The main money was in freight. The LVRR and the Reading Railroad were fierce competitors and When Reading brought out the Crusader the LVRR had to step up. The caches were painted like the engine (read and black) but weren't streamlined because they spent so much on the interiors of them.

Ironically Trump is now firmly in bed with establishment republicans and they are now sitting with him in a private car at the end of the train.

So does that mean we get to see BNSF/UP/CSX/NS passenger trains..?
Or even the revival of fallen flag railroads?! (<that probably won't happen, but one can hope)
>>1026793
look how he drew the windows below the roof on the back of the pence car the same size as the ones on the side. This idiot doesn't even understand perspective.

BNSF/UP/NS/CSXT et. al can run passenger trains if they want right now. They don't want to. That's the whole reason Amtrack exists.
