Toe-in,different pads,tightening the calipers

Clean the rim with a solvent that completely evaporates, and take some medium-grit sandpaper and rough up the braking surface of the brake pads to remove any contaminatior or glazing. Bike repair 101.

I did all of that(white gas and mineral spirits multiple times)
The squel didn't change a bit.

However I got a new(2nd hand) pair of calipers,tektro m530.
And the sequel is gonethe new caliper feel stiffer and more well build too,so much for shimano "being the best"
