Why not? I do. I really don't get sore anymore even after really long rides Just keep riding and you will get stronger. Bike riding isn't an activity that will seriously fuck you up if you overdo it, at least in my experience.

if it's your ass, it's almost certainly 80% your body not being used to it, and 20% your form possibly putting too much pressure on sitting.

if your muscles are sore, then it's probably your gearing. too high a gear and you'll stress your muscles trying to push down through what feels like molasses.

aim for 80-100 RPM. keep riding, but ease up a bit and do fewer miles for a day or two.

"okay" doesn't make any sense here. this is like telling me that your heart rate while exercising has gone from 110 to 125 beats per minute.

you're in the right range, so that's good. try to get to a point where you can do 100rpm on higher gears, going faster. that's the formal definition of higher power, and that's supposedly what we're all vaguely interested in.

Excercise does not make you fitter. The bodies recovery from excercise leads to adaptations that make you fitter and healthier. If your diet, sleep and recovery time is lacking your performance will be shit. Riding on burnt out legs doesn't make you a hard man nor a stronger rider. The hardest part of cycling is knowing when to stay off the bike.

Little pleb Fred's try and emulate the high cadence style of professional cyclist such as lance, froome etc. This shifts into a more aerobic condition but is much less efficient. That's why they dope like fuck with EPO and have 100% more red blood per unit volume than Joe public. Merckx, fignon, antiquil all turned very low cadences pre-EPO cycling
