Welcome to the Free Czech Republic!
After communism, Eastern Europe embraced freedom, in many ways more free than the US. They also have lax gun laws, and low flat tax rates.

Explain please, I want to fly and of course I want to fly in a real free country without too much bullshit.
I'd guess very few workplaces have a landing strip

Because most planes cost the same as a house (a cheap cessna will start at 200k) unless you get a kit plane. But even then you're dropping 50k+. You can try used, but you still might as well get a lamborghini for the price.

Oh, almost forgot. The only two places in the world where commuting in a plane makes sense (95% of it anyways) is in Alaska or Australia.

To get a low level powerplant (unless you really want an ultralight) it's going to cost you a good 10-15k(new)

I'm not sure about commuting daily in one, but weekly/bi-monthly would be no problem if you had the money. Flying would be much faster in the right areas. Have a motorcycle stored at your destination airport and you'd be golden.
