Not only are there no pedals which makes that not a moped but electric bikes have made actual mopeds obsolete in every single way:

>significantly less weight
>higher speeds
>you're not constantly blowing out smoky death from your shitty engine
>less noise
>no secondary battery needed to power lights
>overall far less legal restrictions in many places
>doesn't look like you're riding the world's lamest kind of motorcycle instead of a bicycle

You may also be confusing ebikes and mopeds, which are different things that have different capabilities.
