I've run across the company that makes them on alibaba

they make a few different sizes, they are LED lights sealed in silicone bag-like shape. you can't replace the batteries apparently
one is about as big as a softball and they sell it as a "shower light"...??? ... they show it hanging in a indoor bathroom shower (because "it's waterproof!")
there's small ones they sell as pet lights, to put on a dog's collar at night
and the bicycle one, that looks like glowing nuts

I don't get the appeal either. they seem like a odd thing to seek your fortune with, but I don't have a china factory I guess. mebbe there is some China joke around them
