this is the first of their albums I've heard so I don't have context but it was pretty okay. I'd like it a lot better if every song was trimmed by two minutes or more, the standard alternative dance/new wave beats don't really hold my interest for as long as they repeat, and with how little variation there is in rhythm or dynamics it gets a little monotonous. difficult to sit through 70 minutes of this but it definitely has its moments, planning on listening to their earlier stuff for sure
