Several great cuts and immune to a lot of traps that most artists fall into.

Going full retard and getting too pretentious and too desperate for attention. I know plenty of songs and nothing about her.

Beautiful voice.

My favourite band, they've never made a bad album. Sade come's out of whatever cave she lives in every ten years to make an album, win a grammy and sell out a world tour i've still got fingers crossed for another one because the "Bring Me Home" videos tour looked amazing.
I set my phone to play Kiss of Life as my alarm every morning.

Diamond Life and Promise are gr8. Also, she is super cute in the promise album cover.
i don't fuck with anyone who doesn't love Diamond Life, that album is the cornerstone of sophisti-pop, and that is even taking Destroyer and Bon Iver's attempts at revitalizing it into account

I've heard Sade's sub-genre called "Glamour pop." That would include groups like Swing Out Sister, later Robert Palmer, Matt Bianco, Curiosity Killed the Cat, and a number of other largely-forgotten acts.
I think the 4-minute version of "Paradise" is one of the best examples of this genre.
