It really is the only song on the album that seriously clashes with everything else.

It's a good album that is easily overshadowed by the sheer amount of great albums in his catalog. One of the albums where Bowie plays most of the guitar, which is pretty cool.

He wasn't that great of a player though. That's why he surrounds himself with some of the best players like Stevie Ray Vaughn, Fripp, Alomar.

But it's cool hearing him play, he has a more raw sound.

Actually I wouldn't delete anything.
It disrupts the continuity of the flow.
Plus it's the last good Bowie album, before he there himself into cocaine.
