One of the reasons it's special is because it's not sone drone/ambient collage, or programmed music, but rather one guy sampling, cutting and pasting to a ridiculous degree

Couldn't his later work be shortened? I understand if a first project is just a test of the waters, but keeping the length the same is a bit gimmicky. I enjoy it, but it goes on too long without adding much variation after ideas are presented.

Gimmicks are for marketing and I think there is a method to the madness with this and all of the projects and tracks are chock filled with dense surprising and original variation. These albums are free and really really good and look at these people complaining about everything but the music.
