A lot of the major themes are still terrifyingly relevant today, probably even more than they were back then, so I'd say it would probably end up being regarded as one of the quintessential albums of the decade.

Universal acclaim, definitely. Not the groundbreaking masterpiece it was circa the turn of the century, but in a world without Radiohead it would be more than enough to shock a lot of preconceived notions about the "death of rock".

The best 2010s rock albums would have flown under the radar 100% during the turn of the century. Vice versa, a mediocre 2000s rock group (QOTSA) is easily one of the best 2010s rock groups, despite not having too notable of an increase in quality.
