No, my point is that the vocal part is way more complicated than your average album. As in, if you played the vocal part on a piano, it would be much better written than your average vocal part.

I have a hard time taking anyone using the word "wank" when describing technical skill seriously, but what's the problem? Is classical music and flamenco so horrible? Wouldn't you want to hear something more than regular strumming patterns of chords in the first position?
