Not really, it's just a shitty forgettable Radiohead album, has one or two good tracks but is super forgettable, maybe the next AFP album will be better

How is this underrated?

I think its reception was pretty warranted, but people don't talk about it anymore, so I see where you're coming from. Thom's last solo album also had a pretty similar direction, and people don't talk about that anymore either, even though it was alright.
