I would say Terrence Dixon. His recent records like From The Far Future - Part 2 have rhythms that phase back n forth a lot with how the various parts of a track weave in and out. So like things can start off sounding very much together, hitting the same beats, then as other sounds come in the music can get more syncopated. I guess that's more like the Trout Mask Replica of dance than Autechre but it also reminds me of how some of Autechre rhythms are, too like on feed1 where it's rarely consistent.
