Graduation is a vastly superior record to both Yeezus and TLOP.

I found The Life of Pablo to be my favorite Kanye album. Yes, MBDTF is 10/10, but I found myself really enjoying the tracks on Pablo, even if it isn't 10/10.

As for OP, I have heard it is good but cannot say whether or not it is his best. I should tho. Late Registration is Top 3.

The only song that's close to Amazing is Gone, I might even put Gone over it but the point is that Amazing is one of his best. 808s is full of other classics too, like Street Lights, Coldest Winter, Paranoid, and Love Lockdown
