That's a Moog-Casio 365 GWZ "Gizmo" electro-board. It looks a lot like the 422 EE Fuscililator, but the sung tongs on it are MUCH louder. It doesn't look refurbished, so the original Deakin plasti-vinyl removable finish is still on it. I think Christgau used one of these. Rare find. Probably worth a couple grand.
