This might not be universal just from my experiences Ive noticed that pretty much since Another One that the fanbase has kinda shifted into vapid tumblr core girls and guys who wouldn't be half as vocal or passionate about their support of him if he wasn't such a cute whacky dirty interesting goofy chill dude. It seems like being into this guy is more of a fashion statement than genuine appreciate of his music half the time with children typically 24 and under. Don't get me wrong I really like the guys music just not the brand he's become to people

I remember seeing his set for the second time at a festival right after AO dropped. The crowd had literally doubled since the year before and when he played Salad Days a bunch girls in high waisted jean shorts and crop tops and their boyfriends who all looked the same rushed the stage. It was icky.
