I know there's been a fair few of these threads before but This Old Dog presented a bit of a different side and shows he can do more than just his standard reverb and chorus drenched stuff. So, what's your opinion?

songwriting might be a bit weak at times but ultimately he's got a pretty good sincere mood to his songs, and they're pretty catchy. i mean i can see why he's so successful.

his music is good, he's a genuinely great guitar player, and he's seems like a genuine, nice, fun dude. I think the people on this board hate on him because they think his personality is an act or something but I've never gotten that from him.
