The overarching concept of the album is:
Middle-aged rich men complain about the government and society while saying nothing about either but talking about how cool and hip they are, how war is totes lame and generally being knobs while trying desperately to emulate The Who and the popular rock bands of the mid-2000s at the same time.

The album works well, but it's a cringefest and vapid as fuck.
