Instrumental Hip Hop, Jazz Hop
Some abstract hip hop comes to mind. Doesn't sounds cloudy enough to be cloud rap instrumentals.

I hear a lot of South American influences as well. Would be interesting to hear some instrumental hip hop mixed with Brazilian Basso Nova samples.

Yeah this stuff is definitely in a similar vein. Thanks for the recs, good music.

I know he has a bunch of bossa nova records and talked about that kind of music before. I think he might have sampled them on this.
