I'm kinda upset Travis Scott isn't releasing an album this week. The past two years, he's released albums the week that all my classes for Uni start and it was nice to start the year with some new Travis.

I liked Rodeo, but I found that some people really overrate it and try to make it seem much more important/influential than it really is. Songs like Maria, I'm Drunk and Oh My This Side are actually incredible, while a lot of the other songs are forgettable. Compared to Birds in the Trap, where the whole album is consistent quality, but doesn't really have the same peaks as Rodeo.

This album is actually good. Sure, not an artistic masterpiece. But really good for what it is. It's moody but fun. Creative elements added everywhere. Sometimes unconventional song structures. Trendy yet innovative. Whatever happend on Birds in the Trap.... I don't know. It's so much worse than this. Makes me think that Rodeo only turned out good by luck.
