I never know what to rec for you, but Hoahio- Ohayo! Hoahio! is cool. 3776- Love Letter is interesting as well. It has a 21 minute long centerpiece that's an idol group doing a post-punk and shoegaze track.

it's a weird dude named jim kirkwood who have been self-releasing ambient and berlin school tapes since the early 90's
that's the first one I heard from him and it's a bit of a mess, it's berlin school that doesn't really built that momentum or create any specific mood that the genre needs
