Not a single album, but Coheed and Cambria's Afterman thing. The first album is an epic beginning that clearly sets up a fantastic payoff... that just doesn't come. The second album starts off alright but quickly loses focus and meanders around for a bit before just ending. Very disappointing, probably should've been a trilogy... or just not shitty.
