Can any of you lads recommend any books/videos/anything for learning how to use ableton? Absolute beginner here, I've had heaps of ideas for tunes I want to make for a long time now but no idea how the shit works

Having surgery on my foot next month and I'll be basically sitting around for 2-3 months afterwards so figured it'd be a good time for it. Open to suggestions of programs other than ableton to use too, just seems to be the one most people I know that make tunes use

Anyone able to help me ID a tune? Think it's speed garage and it samples the famous Dirty Harry line. It repeats "forty-four magnum" and the bit where it goes "blow your head clean off" there's like a stutter on the "clean".
