Welcome to Stage 3 of upper middle class country music appreciation! Here's a recap of where you've come from:

>Stage 1
aka the "everything except country and rap" stage. You're clearly convinced all country is just white trash shit.

>Stage 2
The "Cash, Willie, I could go on..." stage. Some music authority convinced you a very slim subset of country music is okay to like, undoubtedly 70s or earlier. You eagerly resent Stage 1ers and talk down to them.

>Stage 3
This is where the classic upper middle class elitism seeps in. You're now comfortable enough in the genre to throw your opinion around, so of fucking you're going to. How pitiful it is to watch the lesser Stagers, those unenlightened insects. Not to mention the white trash who gave been duped into thinking whatever garbage on the radio can even be considered "country." What a sad time we live in.

Will our hero make it further down the rabbit hole? What are the next stages? Has he even listened to a George Strait album all the way through? Only time will tell.
