Remember this board was pretty keen on them back in 2014, any consensus on this album?

DUDE LEONARD COHEN LMAO
Gonna add that after first listen I'm pretty damn disappointed. Most of the acoustic tracks do nothing for me, and the rest kind of feels like Mess b sides tbqh

thought it was pretty good even without Aaron this time

Stunningly mediocre
Really can't believe that this is the same band from like 10 years ago, jesus
It's pretty much what I expected it to be, a rough transitional record. Too early to give any solid verdict of it, considering that Liars albums always take a good while to fully soak up.
The only problem is that Liars' last rough transitional record(see pic) ended up being one of the best albums of its decade, and I'm really not sure this one is going to end up being as rewarding in the long run as that one was.

It isn't. The two other guys quit the band over the past couple of years. TFCF is essentially an Angus Andrew solo record.
If anyone here hasn't already, I suggest trying out their early EPs cause they're quality
