It is easy to make though. Make a couple simple ideas that don't last more than a few measures then drag it out to 10 minutes. Just cuz other people wanting to do instrumental hip hop and other non-vocal non-edm electronic like this don't extend their tracks for the sake of some shitty concept or because they are lazy doesn't mean it's good when someone else does it.

Lil Ugly Mane's Third Side Of Tape did this hodge podge of styles type instrumental hip hop first, did it with a larger variety of sounds, and didn't drag the tracks on super long.
