It absolutely isn't. Miracle Goodnight is fun song, and the sax part of Jump They Say is beautiful, but the rest of the album ranges from forgettable to bad. Anon, it's okay, just because it's Bowie doesn't mean it's good, because shit like his cover of Nite Flites or I Feel Free are NOT good
