This album may have a problem in that it's too much like LCD soundsystem for people not to like LCD still wont. While still being too different from their earlier projects for fans not to like it.

I'm not writing it off that easily and I'm sure it'll grow on me but it definitely won't reach the 9s or 10s for me. It's just to meandering and lucid. I know that's what Murphy is going for but the absolute dedication to beat and rhythm is what made LCD for me. Maybe 20 years down the road when I'm his age it'll resonate with me but for now it's just 'good'
