Idk what you mean. Those are three really fantastic albums that each matured punk rock.

by actually attempting and succeeding in making good music with some modicum of ambition and effort.

punk will always be a zero effort genre.

Most overrated punk band. Pink Flag doesn't have the punchy in-your-face energy of other punk, while the other two fall into the same trap of overly pretentious yet ultimately shallow and irredeemable music that a lot of post-punk became. UK punk/post-punk will forever be inferior to US.
