Its ok. Not good. Its radiohead-ish ordinary. Tbh hail to the thief is ordinary. Where I end and you begin + myxomatis + the gloaming (the version from in the basement is superior though) are the best tracks on this album.

Ordinary now, sure, but at the time it was a sensible refinement of Amnesiac, namely in the rock and electronic elements better. Hail doesn't get enough credit as the album that bridged turn of the millennium Radiohead and In Rainbows.

HTTT is hardly incomplete. Questionable tracklisting, maybe, but the album plays like a summary of the band's career. Ideas are the one thing it didn't lack for.
