People who read scarrufi, pitchfork, or watch the needledrop are plebs.

Instead of reading Scaruffi just read books on music and try to learn theory and actually get educated.

For Pitchfork and Fantano just actually learn how to tell when an album is good (by reading said books, and listening to a ton of music) and reviewers become pointless unless you actually wanna hear their specific opinion. Now if you actually want to hear the opinion of Fantano + Pitchfork writers then you got some problems i can't help you with.

Scaruffi is good because he has good taste when it comes to discovering lesser known stuff (unlike Fantano/P4K). Reading his reviews is pretty irrelevant though.
