With music is definitely better, when you are thinking in the music you are listening to is like a distrctuon and you are not thinking i things like: uh i'm getting tired, i feel like i already ran too much, my legs hurt, you know, that kind of shit. I guess is possible to do it without music but it is definitely easier with music

sometimes i like running outside without music if it's nice out and there's lots of trees and stuff but if i'm in a gym or something i like music. if i'm not feeling the natural day high i go with music though it just depends. for some reason i find running around without my cell phone liberating kind of so that's another reason i don't like having to carry stuff or put stuff in my pocket when i run which music necessitates.
