Reign of Kindo, Dungen, Bent Knee, Mew, Black Mountain, Knifeworld, Dear Hunter, Closure in Moscow... King Gizzard(?)
And of course Cardiacs and the Mars Volta but you probably already know those.
I don't know if anything from Bosnian Rainbows can count as prog.
