is this a meme album?
>>74810281
Yeah. It's good tho.
>>74810281
Yeah. It's bad too.
>>74810281
Yeah, it's okay honestly.
first song is great, and then it takes a nose dive into gay indie shit territory
>>74810281
BUT IT DIDN'T (NO ONE EVER DOES)
it starts off lame but builds up into epic feel domains

this
B-side is much better than A-side
Still a great album though
Good shit wish it wasn't a meme but I guess i could say that about every other album
>>74810281
It is, but it's also quite enjoyable
If it weren't a meme it would probably get a lot more fair criticism that it deserves, but to be honest, most people just remember it for Earthmover anyway
I'd still say it's an 8 or 8.5
I used to be absolutely obsessed with this album. I listened to it almost daily for about a year, and then one day I just lost any interest in it whatsoever. It's honestly an album that you eventually grow out of. At the time I heard it, it totally spoke to me as an angry, depressed, disaffected and confused young adult but I eventually stopped relating to it and all of the appeal went away entirerly. I'd say overall it's a good if not very bloated album that effectively conveys a feeling of dissatisfaction with life that is entirerly it's own, but it really gets old after a while. I Don't Love is a legitimately great track though.

Hahahaha fucking autist
>>74812303
Holy shit. What was the topic of the presentation? And the class? The audience probably wasn't even aware of the album haha
>>74814559
It was introduction to creative arts I think scme10 (something) we had to do a presentation on something pop culture. I talked about the cover and the famous painting and story behind it aswell as the great dust storm and great depression. The album actually has alot of interesting subtext behind it which made me do the ten minute talk with ease. Think I researched that they lost the original vinyl pressing amd gad to record it again to.
there is no food is a great track
the rest of the album is alright too
