thanks, just cam across these albums recently so do play to look thru their catalogs. Still these albums sounded particularly unique to me and have been listening to them on repeat. Was curious if /mu/ knows of similar albums in the genre these albums fall in.

Its odd because I feel like all it can really be called is indie rock but it's such a big catch all that i have no idea where else to look

I really liked "Hyper Enough" and "Shallow End" when they came out, nowadays I have some Superchunk albums in my rock playlist that I listen to on shuffle. I remember hearing the Mock Orange record but don't remember it exactly. I don't know the other groups at all.

Maybe you'd like Superdrag or the Dambuilders? Have you heard Dilly Dally? they're recent but sound like 1997 and they're excellent. Shit, I wish I could be more help.
