>you will never see your favorite band perform your favorite album live and in their prime EVER
HOW DO I DEAL WITH THIS FEEL
by realizing your expectations are too high and by having them live shows will always dissapoint. just have fun, dude.

I've seen a band I REALLY love live and it was one of the best experiences i've ever had
I knew that feel when Chris Cornell died
start a cover band?

Definately, but having expectations for shows usually sets me up for failure, personally.

Start liking Boris and they will play in your Hick-ass city every year. They always come to Perth when they come to Australia and that is very commendable if you know how fucking far away Perth is from every other major city in Aus

They came to Seattle last year(?) but unfortunately they were touring Pink, which is my least favorite of theirs
I'm hoping they'll play flood, or akuma no uta if they come again

They're doing a US tour at the end of this year iirc; they're playing their new album though. idk if you like that or not, but I thought it was fantastic, so I'm just hoping they eventually bring it to Aus too.
It's a shame you don't like Pink though, I saw them play it earlier this year and it was fucking great (its probably my second favourite Boris release). Opening with Blackout is just too good.
saw them in 2016 but am upset i will never see them during the kid a/amnesiac era
Rush on the Hemispheres tour
Mars Volta touring Frances

I'm going to see King Gizz this October
I dunno what they'll play because they'll probably have three new albums out by then
>tfw actually saw sonic youth perform daydream nation
